Unique and Personalized Experiences
Mansion guests enjoy the services of a round-the-clock dedicated team, including a personal assistant and butler, with extensive training in many areas, from language and culinary arts to housekeeping. Throughout a guest’s stay, the butler remains discreetly on hand to orchestrate the most personalized, private and luxurious experiences possible as well as to manage the full staff dedicated solely to the Mansion.
Master suites
Dual oceanview master suites have over 20-foot high soaring ceilings, Indian silk upholstery and a 30-foot wide sliding glass door opening onto the expansive pool deck.
Art and artistry
The authentic Mexican artistry and craftsmanship on display within the Mansion includes specially commissioned art, decorative works and textiles personally selected by owner Ty Warner. These features were sourced from Jalisco, Michoacán, Chiapas and Oaxaca over a four-year period and include hand-blown glass fixtures, organic bathroom accessories, hand-carved Alebrije sculptures and embossed metallic furniture. Each piece in the collection has been chosen and placed with careful consideration.
Infinity pool
The 40-foot-wide glass doors open to create seamless indoor-outdoor living space and reveal the 328-foot beachfront infinity pool complete with dual spas and a sunken in-pool living room.
