Level One
Indigenous gardens and flowing water welcome guests to the entrance of Villa One with its breathtaking ocean views. The Ellerman House Spa, and Deluxe Spa Rooms are located on this floor, directly below the villa.
Level Two
Sophisticated minimalist décor of the living areas, including a study, TV lounge, dining room and an entertainment area which all open onto the balcony with private pool. The contemporary kitchen has a scullery and fully stocked cold room. With that you will have your own private hospitality team and chef. The second level of the villa is where you can spend endless days enjoying the company of your family or group of friends.
Level Three
The top floor is where the three en-suite bedrooms and reading room can be found. The master and second bedrooms have beautiful ocean views and the third bedroom looks onto the Twelve Apostles mountain range.
