Designed by renowned architect Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston to pay homage to the Crown Building’s - formerly the first home of Museum of Modern Art - striking architecture, Aman New York’s monumental transformation will see it restored and imbued with the spirit of Aman. Aman New York will consist of 83 hotel rooms, as well as restaurants, a Garden Terrace & Bar with 7000 square feet of outdoor dining space, a private members club, a three-floor Aman Spa, a Jazz Club and a Wine Room.

Residence owners and their guests will have access to a private entrance separate from the hotel, located on 56th Street.
All Residences feature high-spec interior finishes in a bespoke-designed palette: a high acoustic specification, integrated security and telecommunications systems, up to three fireplaces, Gaggenau kitchen appliances, underfloor heating in master bathrooms, demisting mirrors, rain and/or steam showers, and free-standing soaking bathtubs.
