Villa Sainte-Anne | Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc | Antibes Villa Sainte-Anne is a private villa set just opposite the grand gates of Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc on the Cap d'Antibes. Spread across four floors and 337 m² (3,627 sq. ft.), it combines the seclusion of a Riviera residence with the service of one of the French Riviera's most storied luxury hotels, with views over the sea and the hotel's park. With five bedrooms, the villa welcomes up to 12 guests, making it well suited to large families and groups of friends. Each bedroom can be arranged with a king-size bed or twin beds, and a separate two-bedroom annex houses travelling staff or a security team. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and the villa also has its own private spa with a sauna and hammam, alongside a private gym. Outside, three Italian-style garden terraces scented by citrus trees surround a private pool with its own pool terrace and solarium. Spacious terraces offer room for family barbecues and outdoor gatherings, while the living and dining rooms provide space to come together indoors. Breakfast is included, and a dedicated concierge and personal attendance look after the household throughout the stay. A dedicated chef prepares lunch or dinner once a week, with food and drinks charged separately. Round-trip airport transfers from Nice or Cannes are provided in a chauffeur-driven Mercedes V-Class, together with a car and driver for four hours each day and an electric golf cart. Stays of seven nights include two complimentary spa treatments, making this private villa in Antibes a complete Riviera retreat.
