#Villa Anna │ Alba

**Villa Anna originates from the idea of two young professionals, Elena and Giulio, who wanted to make Anna’s wish come true, hence the name of the villa. Anna was Elena’s aunt, a capable and generous woman who, thanks to her professionalism and determination, managed to climb the corporate hierarchy of a well-known Alba company. Later she profitably dedicated herself to the freelance profession as an accountant.**

**Anna’s dream was always to build a villa on the land owned by her family. The villa was bought in the first post-war period by her parents Vincenzo (Censu) and Maria Teresa (Gina). For this reason and for the tourist renaissance that the Langhe area and Alba are experiencing, we have chosen to construct a new building devoted to our guests’ peacefulness and well-being. The construction of the Villa ended in September 2019.**

**In the main villa all of our spacious rooms are unique and have been individually created to reflect the authentic and simple Italian style. Modern furniture sits alongside hand-painted murals and in some rooms, you will still find original frescoes on the high domed ceilings.**

**The garden suite is located two steps away from the main villa and is the ideal place for those who seek ultimate privacy. A spacious suite with a private terrace leading directly onto the gardens of Ca' P'a.**

_Rooms & Suites_
There are just seven rooms at Ca' P'a: two suites and a double room on the first floor, and three double rooms with a large terrace on the top floor of the main villa, as well as an incredibly private garden suite two steps away from the main villa which has its own terrace leading onto the garden.

_Seaside_
Our completely private seafront, which is exclusively for our guests, can be accessed by a series of steps at the bottom of our garden. We have created several platforms with sun lounges, little tables, parasols, as well as a freshwater shower for your utmost comfort and privacy.

Idle your day away lounging in the sun, plunging into the crystal-clear sea and grazing on one of our delicious lunch hampers, all set to the dreamy soundtrack of the Mediterranean gently kissing the rocky coast.

_Bar & Kitchen_
Herbs, spices, fruit, and vegetables from our working estate are used in our recipes and remedies – cultivated on the day, every day, for ultimate freshness. Most of the ingredients our kitchen uses are the fruits of our good position and climate, grown organically in our own gardens.

Soaking up picturesque views of the stunning coastline and the deep blue sea while sipping a cooling cocktail and enjoying a truly Italian dinner experience. As there are just too many perfect spots to drink and dine we did not want to limit us to one specific location to serve you, so we have decided to serve lunch and drinks throughout the property, while an aperitif can be enjoyed either by the pool or on one of the terraces by the villa. Dinner can be enjoyed either on our panoramic terrace or under the plane trees.

_The Garden_
This uniquely designed garden by Jacques Wirtz is divided into three elements: the formal garden which serves as an extension of the house on the first level of the property, the traditionally local garden with lemons, olives, and pine trees which stretches over three levels below and on the last level of the property followed by the cliffside with its hardy garden where only the most resistant species have a chance of survival.

The opportunity to spend the entire day outside is one of the great advantages of life by the sea. In this more than 5,000 square meter space you can enjoy the great coastal panorama while wandering around sculpted hedges, enjoying local and exotic plants and flowers. It is yours to explore and see where your senses take you.

_Pool_
For those who do not wish to walk down to the sea can unwind by our secluded pool. Surrounded by lemon and olive groves with unobstructed views of the open sea and the coast our pool offers an extremely peaceful atmosphere. We have four platforms with two sunbeds and a parasol on each which are surrounded by aromatic lavender, rose bushes and murraya (orange jasmin) hedges with a delicate orange scent.
