The Beaumont offers a fine room for private dining, business meetings and family events, whether a wedding or a birthday party: the versatile Lotos Room, approached down a sweeping flight of stairs.
For those planning a private dinner or event in Mayfair, we also offer The Lotos Room, which can comfortably accommodate up to 45 for a seated meal, and 60 for a standing reception.
The Lotos Room can accommodate meetings, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as theatre-style seating and cocktail receptions.
A dedicated organiser will be available to coordinate every aspect of your event, with menus created by the chefs of The Colony Grill, The Beaumont's much-lauded restaurant.
There is no charge for room hire, though there is a minimum spend limit. For private dining, The Beaumont offers complimentary menu printing, place cards, flowers, tea lights, music, audio-visual equipment, and of course free fast wifi.
Optional extras can be arranged, include special flower arrangements, seating, candles, chandeliers, wedding cakes and a personal bartender.
