In accordance with your needs, we have three types of maintenance programs.

*_Maintenance of common areas_*. Includes: Security, maintenance of common áreas (electricity, outdoor lighting, drinking water, gas, cable TV, internet, fumigation, buggy´s, drainage, water treatment, garbage collection) in roads, gardens, and green áreas, common pools, gym, multipurpose rooms, infrastructure, administration

*_Preventive and corrective maintenance to the interior of the residence (optional)_*. This program looks to maintain your property in optimal conditions under strict daily supervision with the goal of maintaining your home at a five-diamond property standard. Includes maintenance of gardens in the property, does not include surrounding areas (Manpower, products, and equipment), does not include plant replacement, grass, etc., water pump maintenance, air conditioning, water heaters, and any other equipment that requires it.
It does not include spare parts and equipment
Pool cleaning which includes Manpower, chemical products, and work equipment, maintenance of exterior floors and wooden decks, exterior paint Jobs due to natural usage of property, including Manpower and materials (does not include major renovations), fumigation services for the exterior of the property

3. Daily (housekeeping fee-optional)
We offer our owners a daily cleaning service for the interior of the property. Includes: cleaning to the interior and exterior of the property (does not include dish appliance cleaning), cleaning and changing of bed lined (sheers, duvet, towels, etc.), the property must have 3-bed linen sets and a washing/drying center, amenities (bath soaps, liquid soaps, facial cream, body lotion, aromatherapy, bath salts, toilet paper, flowers, fruit, etc)
