This magnificent, fully equipped two level house with breathtaking views over the surrounding property boasts two ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a more secluded upper floor reading room with its own fireplace. The annexes hold three additional ensuite bedrooms with private entrances. The main house and annexes sleep a maximum of 10 guests. Including the Lodge, there is capacity for a total of 14 guests. _The Lodge_ The lodge is an independent apartment with two ensuite bedrooms that can sleep up to four guests. With its own kitchen, dining and sitting area, the Lodge is a short stroll from the main house and the perfect space for guests who like a little independence. _The Grounds_ Go for a refreshing swim, pick your own organic veggies, ride on a thoroughbred Menorcan horse or take an energising walk through the property. A beautiful pool with cascades surrounded by olive and fruit trees. Whether enjoying a relaxing swim, doing laps for a bit of exercise or cooling off after a long, hot day, the swimming pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy. Organic vegetable garden. Our vegetable garden produces organic, seasonal produce throughout the year. Stroll through the garden surrounded by lemon, olive and almond trees, breathe in the scents of fresh rosemary, lavender and thyme, pick your own vegetables and enjoy their fresh, full taste. A stable and paddocks with thoroughbred Menorcan horses. With a stable full of horses and a paddock on which to train, our horses are available if you want to learn to ride or are an experienced rider. Nature trails to explore the estate, get to know the local fauna and flora, and discover nearby coves. Son Felip has a great number of private paths and nature trails through its forest and farm land. They can be enjoyed on horseback, mountain bike, or just having a lovely walk. The estate also has direct access to two virgin coves located on the north coast of the island: Cala Pilar and Pla de Mar.
